I have been a customer since 2010- the RL100. Yes, it was very very expensive for me at the time BUT within the first 30 days or so I got a ticket ( i didnt pay attention how to use it properly ) & k40 paid for it and ever since then nearly 15 years ago I have never gotten another ticket and it HAS saved me & served me VERY well ! I just recently got a new car and I was looking for the box that had everything in it and I found it except the power plug had been lost. I reached out to k40 and Lynette quickly replied to me within hours, seeing how they were closed at the time when I left a message, but she informed me she will send me for free both power cords so that I can get it installed again in my new vehicle. I have always recommended k40, it is well worth it & now with the new Platinum 100 I will be getting two more & am SO STOAKED !!!! THIS COMPANY HAS ALWAYS HAD MY BACK - Sincerely.... A Loyal customer & all his friends

I have had every brand out there before the K-40, once the K-40 was available in the portable model to stick on windshield I bought one to try it out between my 3 vehicles. It has worked so well I have now bought a total of 3 units one for every vehicle. I recommend to anyone looking, this system supersedes any competition and no false signals from other cars blind spot monitor. That was the biggest reason I switched is other price comparable brands could not get ride of the false alerts while driving. Don't hesitate just make the switch, I own 3 now and will be a customer for life.

I recently purchased the K40 Platinum 100, and I am absolutely thrilled with my decision. As a radar detector enthusiast, I have had my fair share of experiences with various models, but the Platinum 100 stands out in many ways. The performance of the K40 Platinum 100 is exceptional. It offers top-notch detection range and sensitivity, effectively alerting me to radar and laser signals well in advance. The precision of the alerts is impressive, minimizing false alarms and ensuring I am aware of actual threats. It has certainly enhanced my driving experience, giving me an extra layer of confidence on the road. The Platinum 100 is packed with features that make it worth every penny. The GPS functionality is fantastic, providing real-time updates on speed traps, red light cameras, and other potential hazards. The customizable settings allow me to tailor the alerts to my preferences, and the OLED display is clear and easy to read at a glance. Additionally, the unit's ability to update firmware and database ensures that I always have the latest information at my disposal. The design of the K40 Platinum 100 is sleek and modern. It fits seamlessly into my vehicle's interior, and the in

The installer (David Gold, Rolling Tones) was absolutely meticulous and extremely attentive to detail. He even did some of the prep work to my kit before he got to my house to do the installation. When he was done with the installation, he took the time to go over operation and shared do’s and don’ts. He also took the time to call into K40 to register my unit on the phone with me. Of course, I haven’t been close to any radar ‘fishing holes’ but the K band muting works really well. Being retired law enforcement, I don’t intentionally speed but with a 650 horsepower car, I’m watching the road and traffic. My speed? Not so much. It’s well worth the money!

I bought my first K40 over 30 years ago and it worked awesome. I now have one in each of my vehicles over the last 4 years and they work great. I purchased my last custom install from Don McCallister out of the Orlando area. He actually came out to my house and did the installation which is almost unheard of these days. Recently I experienced an issue and contacted K40 about the issue. They provided me Dons number as they had records that he was who I purchased the unit from. I contacted Don and he made the drive out to my location the following day. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue for the most part. I did need a new laser part which was ordered. Don returned to my home about a week later and installed the part. Don did an outstanding job and responded immediately. I truly will always stay with a K40 because of his outstanding customer service. I’m a “Raving Fan”. Great customer service is not very common these days and he provided outstanding service. One of our local dealers was so busy indicated it would take 5 weeks before they could even diagnose the issue. Don came out the next day. He had to drive from Orlando to Ocala which is over an hour away. K40 staff ha
